What is ORPAL?
ORPAL is a reference manager for Windows utilizing a relational database. The interface focuses on easy searching, note-taking, and electronic article storage, but also supports traditional citation and bibliography management (in APA and MLA). ORPAL is open source and can be customized to support additional formats.
